What this site collects
The site is a set of static pages. It does not run advertising networks and it does not sell data. The after-tax proceeds calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are not sent anywhere. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file from your browser.
Analytics and Google tools
This site uses Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use the pages, so we can improve them. Google Analytics places cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or search that sent you here, and general details about your device and browser. Your IP address is anonymized before it is stored, and we have not turned on Google's advertising or remarketing features, so this information is not used to target ads to you. You can opt out on every site by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings.
We also use Google Search Console, which shows us the search terms that led people to the site and how the pages rank. Search Console does not place any cookie or tracker on this site. Google puts that report together from its own search results and shows it to us in aggregate, without identifying individual visitors.
For both tools Google processes the data under its own privacy policy. If we add or drop an analytics provider, this page will be updated to name it.
Scheduling a call
The contact page uses Calendly to let you book a call. When the scheduler loads, Calendly runs in your browser and may set its own cookies. When you book a time, Calendly receives the details you enter, such as your name, email, and any note, so it can create the appointment and send the invite. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, email or call us instead.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, business type, where you are in a sale, and any message. We use it to respond and, if you become a client, to provide advisory services. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with business buyers, private equity sponsors, bankers, brokers, or anyone else who is not necessary to serve you. If you become a client, information is shared with custodians, your attorney and CPA at your direction, and service providers bound to protect it, as described in the firm's Regulation S-P privacy notice, which clients receive when an account is opened and annually after. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or complete deal documents through the contact form. We provide a secure link for documents after a first conversation.
Downloads
The checklist on this site is available without providing an email address. Downloading it creates no record beyond ordinary web server logs.

Email nirav@quberawealth.com to make a request. We do not sell personal information.
Record retention
Qubera Wealth Management is required by SEC and state rules to retain certain records, including communications with prospective and current clients and every version of its marketing materials, including this website.
